SALT Festival favourite Upwelling returns for another incredible night of the regions finest seafood.
Relax in the beautiful surrounds of Boston House while enjoying the cullinary talents of renowned chef, Marion Trethewey. Marion is the former owner of the legendary Oyster Beds in Coffin Bay, a winner of multiple restaurant awards, a forager and traveler who has been cooking seasonal produce for 30 years.
