Set against the stunning Port Lincoln coast, Upwelling is a celebration of the region’s rich seafood industry, sustainable practices, and culinary excellence. Proudly supported by the Australian Southern Bluefin Tuna Industry Association, Spencer Gulf & West Coast Prawn Association, South Australian Oyster Growers Association, Eyre Peninsula Seafood, Cleanseas Spencer Gulf Kingfish, and the Sardine Association, this is an unmissable event for food lovers.
